@ Jasper Byrne I'm fairly sure about PS3. It's the other platforms, we haven't worked out yet. So, I'm afraid there won't be a simultaneous release for all platforms.
Not to be a bit of a dick, but what function or purpose does the disarranged panelling effect serve? I mean I love the artwork and sound, and the platforming looks intriguing, but the panel effect just seems to obfuscate what would otherwise be beautiful and intriguing scenes.
Don't get me wrong, I'm really looking forward to this, I'm just a bit puzzled right now :(
we think/hope that the fragmented presentation of a continuous platform-world will open up some new play experiences. It gives me and Nils (designing the game) lots of leverage for new kinds of puzzles. Also I think, that it changes the game-play of a platform adventure to be more about puzzles of spacial dimension.
I don't know if you've watched the 4th trailer. It shows the rotation mechanism in action. We couldn't design that kind of game-play without the frames.

This is beautiful. It's a very unique aesthetic in a world of derivative pixel art. Hoping the PS3 version comes true.
